Installation Process

Your shutters, from start to finish

Having us design and install shutters in your home is a process that usually takes between 7-10 weeks, from your initial home consultation to delivery and fitting. Our team are on hand at every step of the way – find out more about the process below.

Step 1

Get in touch and arrange a home survey

To begin the process, contact us with rough measurements of your window(s) to arrange your free home survey. We will organise a convenient time to visit your home and take measurements, as well as discuss options and finishes.

Appointments outside of normal hours (9am – 5pm) and weekends can be made upon request.

Step 2

Free home consultation

On the date of your home consultation, Our team will visit your home at a time that suits you to take exact measurements.

During this visit, we’ll showcase to you all that we offer – including the different designs of shutter, several material options (all manufactured to the highest quality), as well as additional customisation options, like colour and louvre size.

Once we have all of these sorted, we’re able to provide you with a more detailed quote.

Step 3

Manufacturing of shutters and delivery

After six to ten weeks, your shutters would have been crafted by our expert joiners in the style, material and finish that you chose during your consultation.

Once they’ve been delivered to our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date.

Step 4

Installation and final steps

When the agreed installation date arrives, our team will revisit your home and install your shutters with care and expert craftsmanship.
